Bio
Comedian and Writer Gareth Berliner has been performing stand-up comedy since 2004, He's gigged across the UK and Internationally, on a bus, on a plane, overseas , on Radio 4 (Cracking Up!), doing corporate work, ensemble at Soho Theatre, The Science Museum, , supporting Major acts on tour (Tom Stade & Hal Cruttenden ) and even once… in disguise…as Woody Allen!
He MC's and performs sets for Clubs and Promoters all over the country, including Jongleurs, Highlight, 99 Club, The Comedy Cafe, The Covent Garden Comedy Club, Downstairs at the Kings Head, GSOH, XS Malarkey, ED Comedy, Komedia, The Stand, Mirth Control, Bottle Rocket Comedy, Breakneck Comedy, Kill for a Seat Comedy, Buzz Comedy, Funhouse Comedy, Concept Comedy, The Comedy Company Ltd, Abnormally Funny People, Ship of Fools Comedy and many more.
In 2012 he performed a new show, Gareth Berliner : An INCH of Integrity at the Adelaide Fringe which was well received as well as gigging at The Sydney Comedy Store, he's also currently working on a new show with his Wife , actress and comedian Kiruna Stamell (BBC's Lifes to Short / Ch 4's Cast Offs) called, A Little Commitment
He Has has performed Internationally in Israel, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane as well as in Europe in Dublin, Belfast, Jersey, Guernsey and Berlin. He’s worked with and for Abnormally Funny People (A Disability comedy ensemble) working for them regularly at a corporate level as well as in their shows at Soho Theatre in Londons West-End both as an MC and an Act. Also with and for Lift The Lid Productions in their Stand-up show, Cracking Up, about Mental Health. He also works with and for Silver Comedy. Providing comedy engagement for people with early onset Alzheimers.
