Bio
Abi Roberts and her big hair exploded onto the stand-up comedy scene in 2011, after a number of years as a musical and cabaret performer. She is a regular in the UK's established comedy clubs, as well as on the overseas circuit. She has opened for Michael McIntyre at the Bloomsbury Theatre and has supported Tom Stade, Bob Mills, Adam Bloom and Sarah Pascoe.
She has been dubbed by critics as "Raucous" (Dominic Cavendish, Daily Telegraph), as "Fast-paced, high-octane comedy with brilliant routines...entertaining throughout and leaves everybody wanting more" (Gigglebeats.co.uk), "...a master impersonator" (Edinburgh’s Three Weeks) and by UK Comedy website Chortle as "a consummate entertainer".
